We've installed two new software packages, NASP-1.5 and UNAfold 3.8.
NASP (Nucleic Acid Structures Predictor) predicts the most probable secondary structures evident within a set of aligned nucleic acid sequences and was written by three UCT researchers, J.Y. Semegni, R. Gaujoux and M. Wamalwa.
UNAFold is a Unified Nucleic Acid Folding and hybridization package and was written by professor Michael Zucker.
