New applications and queue limits
We've installed FastQC 0.10.1 and FastX-toolkit 0.13.2 on the hex cluster.
We've also limited the maximum number of jobs that individual users can queue at once on hex's UCTlong queue:
set queue UCTlong max_user_queuable = 50
