Amazon Web Services rolled out a very attractive storage offering which will see it become, in my personal opinion, the custodian in cloud storage and "big data" solutions. Not only does AWS have a reliable and well crafted network infrastructure but it has one of the largest point of presence exchanges in the world with massive bandwidth in and out of its data centers. Needless to say that the cost of having your data stored in AWS S3 is by far the cheapest we've seen to date. This is definitely a option which Big Bytes will explore. More information regarding Amazon Glacier can be found here - http://aws.amazon.com/glacier
<thumbnail_url>https://ucthpc.uct.ac.za/wp-content/uploads/2015/07/data_costs.png</thumbnail_url></oembed>
