Added srvslngrd011.uct.ac.za to the cluster.  This is the old CE which has now been virtualized.  It's a HP BL460 HP blade with 8 cpus and 16GB of RAM.  This brings our current cluster up to 24 cpus, available to both the HPC cluster and SAGrid. HPBL460
