Last week the ICTS HPC team attended the CHPC 2013 National Meeting at the CTICC. This well run and enjoyable event encouraged networking between administrators, users and vendors with plenty of very interesting talks and discussions. The CHPC's support of SAGrid services was gratifying to see as well as their commitment to becoming a Tier 1 ALICE site.
This week several of the ICTS HPC administrators are attending a Microsoft Azure training course covering basic Azure cloud service management as well as HPC resource creation and integration in the Azure cloud.
